Tiger Zone Athletics takes a hands-on approach to its programs. We offer programs from the ages of 8 to 18 years old in six-week increments, year round. When youth come to our program, they have the opportunity to speak with our nurse, nutritionist, and trainers so we can find out more about their physical activity and nutrition. We will also take their height, weight, age and other health information.
During the training program, youths meet their peers, listen to motivational speakers, and discuss making the right food choices and work out with our trainers. We help our participants set realistic goals and encourage them to follow-through on their commitment to themselves. Tiger Zone Athletics can create a major change for youth and families.
